Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Coconut Milk Powder, Kaolin Clay, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Seed Powder, African Black Soap, Ananas Sativus Fruit (Pineapple) Powder, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Tocopherol (Vitamin E.), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil

Scoop a dime sized amount of scrub into hand and add water, massage in circular motion. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse off. Use 3-4 times per week.
