I got this balm as a gift and started using it as rub for my stiff muscles on my neck and back. The balm produced a soothing effect on these muscles. Even rubbing on my forehead for a slight headache gave the forehead a calm effect. Must buy product!!! Can be used anytime and anywhere!!
